Koketso Moseneke
Group Chief Executive Officer
Koketso joined Encha in January 2016 as an Executive Director
at Encha Property Services. Koketso is responsible for strategic and operational
direction of Encha Group. She holds a B. Comm (Hons) from the erstwhile University of
Bophuthatswana, now called North-West University, a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from the
University of South Africa and an LLB from the University of South Africa.
Sedise Moseneke
Chief Investment Officer
Sedise is the founder CEO of Encha Properties. He was responsible
for overseeing Encha’s initial acquisition of government-tenanted properties and the
acquisition of the property management business. He holds a Bachelor of Dentistry from
the former Medical University of South Africa (Medunsa), now called Sefako Makgatho Health
Sciences University. Sedise is an independent non-executive director at Vukile Property Fund,
and a member of the Property Investment Committee. He is a past President of SAPOA.
Gontse Moseneke
Non-Executive Director
Gontse joined Encha in 2008 and was appointed a director
of the company in January 2024. He was previously the Chief Operations Officer
of the company. Gontse holds an MSc (Actuarial Management) degree from Bayes Business
School at City, University of London. He contributes meaningfully to the strategic
activities and corporate governance of the business.
