The company holds units in Vukile Property Fund, which is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE: VKE). This was after Vukile acquired a portfolio of five, predominantly national government-tenanted properties from Encha. The portfolio comprises Navarre Wachthuis, Koedoe Arcade and De Bruyn Park Building in Tshwane, as well as Fedsure Building in Bloemfontein. This transaction was hailed as the biggest BEE deal of the first quarter of 2013.
Vukile Property Fund Annual Financial Results YE22
Vukile Property Fund (JSE: VKE), the specialist retail REIT invested in South Africa and Spain, has increased earnings (funds from operations or FFO) by 9.5% for its financial year to 31 March 2022 and declared a total dividend of 105.8 cents per share, retaining R308m to fund growth. Its earnings and dividend are ahead of its previously raised guidance. Encha is the largest non-institutional shareholder of Vukile and the second largest shareholder after the PIC.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 22 September 2020 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 29 September 2020.
Encha owns Southern Life in the central business district of Tshwane. It also owns Allied Building in Bloemfontein, Free State. In King Williams Town, Eastern Cape, Encha owns Cashbuild Building, Bundy Park and Stellenbosch Park. The total size of the portfolio is 32 518.00m2, down from a pre-transaction size of 176 800m2. The company is also a shareholder in Momentum Building located in Tshwane. The building has a GLA of 38 404.00m2.
Encha Property Services (Pty) Ltd (EPS), has been active in the property industry since 1959.
The company is wholly owned by Encha.
EPS provides a dedicated and focused property management service, administering a varied retail,
commercial and industrial portfolio.
Encha, together with Atterbury Property Group, will develop the 31 431m2 mixed use development
along the Nelson Mandela Drive Corridor in the City of Tshwane.
The property will be on the corner of Nelson Mandela Drive and Kotze Street, near the dti campus.
