Encha Group has been working with a Cadet Program in Atteridgeville called Supreme Cadets. The program aims to steer teenage girls in the right direction by offering tutoring, outreach programs and generally inspiring them to work hard.

On Saturday the 15 June 2019 the company’s chairman, Tiego Moseneke and Koketso Moseneke led a 3 kilometre walk through the streets of Atteridgeville to raise awareness around issues that beset teenage girls, and to send a message that #NoTo30% pass rate.

Encha Group, through its EnchaCares program supports and has consistently supported a number of initiatives which are focused on:

• Teacher Development in Public Schools;
• Feeding scheme for university students;
• Mentoring and supporting young learners.
